What are some thoughts or issues you see regarding zoning and land use in your community (see zoning code)?
Is the zoning code in your area too   restrictive? Or are certain rules still needed? (please provide specific examples)
How do you feel about the presence of oil/gas activities and related businesses in your area? Please rate on a scale from 1–10 with 10 being that you feel great.
Currently oil/gas wells are permitted at 1000’ from a dwelling.  Is this too close, too far, or about right?
Should more oil field services (welding shops, truck parking, pipe yards, etc.) be permitted in the A-1 zone or should they be clustered in the areas zoned Industrial?
If more oil field services (welding shops, truck parking, pipe yards, etc.) were allowed in the A-1 zone should they have a similar distance requirement of 1000’ from a dwelling?  Would this be too close, too far, or about right?
Should the zoning code in your community encourage one type of activity over another?  Please place the following uses in order of priority for your area. (1-5) Residential, Agriculture, Commercial, Industrial, Oil/Gas Development. (1 being the highest priority.)
Residential    Agriculture
Commercial    Industrial
 Oil/Gas Development
